Once my pain management doctor in Clearwater, Fl. put me on Vicodin 10 in 2001. That was back when lots of people were over dosing on pain meds.
I still remember Elvis Presley died on the toilet and they said he was severely constipated and had a lot of pain pills in his system.
I knew that I did not want to be the next statistic on the news in Florida so I always determined to take LESS than the doctor prescribed. I found myself biting the pills in half and taking one less pill per day that I was allowed to take.
Later, (about 3 years) I asked the doctor to reduce me down to the next lower dosage of the same medicine. I begin doing the same thing by taking one less pill than I was allowed to take per day and I would bite them in half until finally I weaned myself down to Tramadol.
I still have Tramadol for the pain that I am unable to control but it still causes me severe constipation so I prefer to use Boswellia (all natural) which is taken from the tree sap called Frankincense tears and is used in Catholic Church services.
You can use the essential oil directly on the site of pain and it stops it, it also purifies you, and makes you smell like the Prince in the book of Solomon where the princess tells her kingly prince that he smells of aloes and frankincense. Boswellia also reduces inflammation.
But it works faster and better on pain then most all other pain medicines. If you ever struggled with pain or inflammation you should give it a try. I take it in pill form that I buy from Swanson Health Products.
Turmeric, Ginger, and Pineapple (Bromelain) also work great to drastically reduce inflammation which is usually the cause of most pain. I hope you live long and healthy without pain~ <3
